My first stamp...I was inspired by
 's deviation: [link]She's got a good point, but there's a flip side to it. How come I'm not allowed to like things that other people like? Or do things that other people do? "Oh, don't do that, don't draw that, don't make that, it's been done like a MILLION times before." Well shit, if so many people did it already, I guess they've used up all the fun and now when *I* do it, it will hold no enjoyment for me whatsoever. Everyone's so desperate to be unique and different that nowadays they're afraid to like anything too popular. As if their likes and dislikes are the ONLY thing that defines them as a person. What you like is NOT WHO YOU ARE. Your likes and dislikes are not a substitute for actual personality. I'm pretty sure if people could stop breathing air and start breathing aerated mercury, they would do it and say that oxygen sucks because everyone breathes it. I like what I like, and I don't care if others like it too! Just means other people ALSO have good taste, so go them, I guess. Template by  |

Oh well... I'm used to people mis-interpreting what I say.
For the record. I like what I like, regardless of what other people like. Because, really, it changes nothing. In fact, usually I find it easier to like things other people like as well because there's more fan media that exists for it. The bigger the fanbase, the most art and fiction, right? Which is nice... much nice.
But I like what I like. Whether it's completely random like toe fuzz or sweeping the nation like Naruto. (>.<
Btw, I'm sorry if you're offended that thought this was about my posts in your journal. I'm not trying to be self centered. I just... dunno... suspected it might've been.
