This is a costume I'm making...hopefully I'll have it done in time for A-Kon! I designed this like a year ago, so my hair is MUCH longer now than in the pic.

I always wanted to do my own interpretation of Queen Alice from Through the Looking-Glass, so here it is. And since my name's Alice, it's like a pun! Or something. I dunno. Just a fun costume.

Also, THE CROWN. Ever since I saw it in Tenniel's drawings, I wanted one just like it! Very cool crown, can't wait to make it. XD I almost wanted to do the skirt like the Black Queen's skirt, with the circle-hoop design, but then I was just like NAH.

This may become my fave costume, since I've always wanted to do an Alice. Yeah, I've cosplayed OTHER characters named Alice (Shadow Hearts) and other styles of Alice (American McGee's Alice), and even Disney's traditional Alice, but never just my own Looking-Glass version. So it's kind of a personal project for me.

Translation: DO NOT MAKE THIS COSTUME. Every time I post a new design ppl go, "OMG Imma make that!" I'm flattered, but NUU. Obviously I can't physically stop you from making this, but I'd appreciate it if you didn't, since it's sort of a very personal original design for me that I'd like to keep unique. It would be like if I posted baby pics of myself and everyone decides they're going to go cosplay all my little 80's feetie pj outfits...it would be weird.
