The Queen I didn't make ugly like in Tenniel's drawings, since she's never mentioned as ugly in the book. However the Duchess will be quite ugly because that's how she's described.

yeah, they all kinda look the same XD but mcgee's didn't have colored arms and legs, just white legs with boots and gloves.

I was trying to go more for the disney version :P
